Free software. Real people. No pressure to know it all.
Whether you’ve been running Linux since the Slackware floppy days or you just heard of Linux last week, you’re welcome here. We’re a community of people who like tinkering, learning, and helping each other get more out of Linux and open source software.
What We Do
- Monthly meetups — talks, demos, and open Q&A on everything from kernel internals to picking your first distro
- Install fests — bring your laptop (or desktop), we’ll help you get Linux running (dual-boot or full switch, your call)
- Project nights — work on your own stuff alongside others doing the same
- Mailing list / forum / chat — ask questions any day of the week, not just meeting nights
Who’s This For?
Anyone curious about Linux and open source — sysadmins, developers, hobbyists, students, or someone who just wants to stop fighting their operating system. No prerequisites. No gatekeeping. Bring questions.
